Offering Dignity Through Work

Employees are offered dignity that comes with work, while they learn light manufacturing skills from local Marion County employers, with the long-term goal to be able to work for them.

Employees are able to work on getting their HiSet, driver’s license etc while they earn a paycheck to continue to build stability in their lives.

Local business contracts include:

• Vermeer,
• LDJ,
• Ring-O-Matic,
• GT Midwest,
• Kness and
• more are in the queue.
