Human Resources Coordinator
Pay: $42,000-$45,000 depending on experience and education
Hours: Full Time Onsite

Job Duties:
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure all hiring and employment practices comply with federal, state, and local labor laws.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in accordance with company policies and
- Collaborate with CEO to schedule and track organization wide safety trainings.
Job Requirements:
- Stay up to date on EEO, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, and other employment laws to ensure company adherence.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Understanding of employment laws, recruitment best practices, and HR compliance.
- Experience with HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
