The Well Resource Center – Fairfield

Sometimes people struggle, and they don’t know what to do or where to go. Knowing and navigating existing resources can be complex and confusing. This leaves you feeling stuck and overwhelmed, wondering if you can keep your head above water let alone move forward. We get it. You shouldn’t have to do it alone.

The Well Resource Center is a local place in the community where people can go when facing difficult circumstances in life. If you’ve ever wondered if life could look different, we believe it can. And we can help.

Well Works – Fairfield

Why do some people struggle with employment? Let’s face it. There are a number of organizations that will help people get a job; there are very few who will teach them how to keep it.

That’s Where The Well Steps In…

Well Works is a work environment where participants actively engage in their transformation, develop soft and technical work skills, actively remove life barriers, and experience the love of Jesus that leads to long-term stability in life.

We know you want to be socially conscious, and love thrift shopping for that great deal! The problem is, you don’t have time to dig through clutter and disorganized merch. AND, you don’t always know where your money goes. Your time and money are valuable, and who says all Thrift Stores are dingy! That’s why we’ve created a positive shopping experience that supports people who are struggling in YOUR local community and region.

The Well Fairfield
In our experience, someone who is struggling typically has multiple areas in their life that may be inhibiting their and their family’s ability to thrive. We host programs and classes to focus on those areas. Our programs range from addiction recovery and money management to grief support and general life skills. One of our newest programs focuses on finding your identity through Jesus, and not in what your past, or the world, says about you.

Our programs are made possible through the generosity of our business and community partners, as well as incredible volunteers who serve meals, teach classes and are available to engage in relationships with our friends and clients.
